Exhibitor at IECSC New York 2019
From March 10 to 12, 2019, we participated in the International Esthetics, Cosmetics, and Spa Conference (IECSC) at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. It was our first time "testing the waters" at an international level—an eye-opening experience where we recognized both our gaps and our strengths. After the exhibition, we also took the opportunity to explore NYC for the first time. We know we’ll be back when the time is right.

This was our inaugural product, developed even before the company was officially established. We formulated it to meet the exacting specifications of a major client. Despite being the only company to fully comply with all of their stringent requirements, we ultimately lost the business. This was because we refused to compromise on quality to meet their price target, which indeed contradicted their own requirements. This decision, while perhaps ironic, reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity.
